Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays are not qualified as business days.​

Delivery Instructions

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot accept responsibility for delivery instructions given

directly to them. This includes requests to leave parcels in alternative locations (such as a shed, garage, safe place) or with neighbours. If an order is delivered according to those instructions and is lost or not received, we are unable to

replace or refund it.
