Exchange and Return
You have the right to exchange products that you are not satisfied with or want to change for any other reason for 30 days. You can send an e-mail to hello@pricklypearslove.com regarding the subject and have it exchanged for another product of your choice.
You must pack and send the products you want to exchange safely, in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. The exchange shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased for any reason, you can return them within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason and get a refund. All you have to do is send an e-mail regarding the subject to hello@pricklypearslove.com.
You must pack and send the products you wish to return safely, in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
Once your return is approved, shipping information will be sent to you.
When you send the product with xx Cargo, the return shipping will be covered by us. When the product reaches us, the price of the product will be refunded to you. The time it takes for the fee to reach you is usually 15 business days, depending on the banks. During the discount period, the return shipping fee belongs to the buyer, the return shipping fee is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
